Fitness Class Descriptions
Please note: Please do not enter class more than 10 minutes late.
20 / 20 / 20 Fusion
A workout for your entire body. 20 minutes of heart pumping cardio, 20 minutes of weights and a final 20 minutes of core/stretch work. Plan to push yourself and get the most out of this workout. A combination will be used:
- Body weight
Participants should bring their own mat.
Body Balance LesMills Virtual
Flow yoga style class. Please bring a mat.
High energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music - helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
A full body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs.
This class is a fusion of Yoga poses for Core Stability and Flexibility, while incorporating weights and band work for total body strength and stretching exercises. All levels of fitness are welcome. Participants should bring their own mat.
Chisel & Burn
This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All-Levels. All fitness levels.
Core & Stretch
CORE and Stretch interval combined with a variety of fitness modalities, awesome class for all fitness levels. Please Bring a Mat.
(30 minutes) of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. Cardio and strength exercises followed by core conditioning. Participants should bring their own mat.
Classes are designed for kids 8-12 years old. This is a group Fitness class just for kids! Participants learn a variety of new exercises and activities to build their muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. (45min Class)
Restore, Revitalize, and Renew your mind and body while you ease into poses to release stress, strengthen your "Core" and increase bone density. Great for all levels of fitness. Participants should bring their own mat.
Take it to the dance floor and burn 300-500 calories with easy to learn and easy to follow dance moves. No experience required for this cardio exercise dance class designed for all fitness levels. Come for the tunes, stay for the fun!
HIIT & Flo
Weight training / Cardio / Core/ Strength/ Stability/ Flexibility. HIIT style training combined with stretching & flexibility. Please bring a mat.
Utilizing dumbbells, bars, plates, bands, and bodyweight. Max Burn will improve your muscular strength and endurance while reshaping your body. You will be burning fat as you see your body composition change. Bring a mat.
A low impact class performed mainly on the floor. A super workout to strengthen the abs, glutes, and back muscles. All ability levels are welcome. Participants should bring their own mat.
Spin/Spin Express(30 mins version)
Group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's a fun low impact calorie burning journey. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
Move your body and get your heart rate up to increase your fitness level. Learn cardio and strength exercises to reach your fitness goals. No experience required. All are welcome!
Strength & Cardio Intervals
Build a strong, functional body with combination strength training and cardio workout. Smart, varied training designed to work all muscle groups. Lift and sweat to a better you.
Stretch & Restore

Total Body Stretch
A total body stretching class that will increase range of motion, joint mobility and strength. Participants should bring their own mat.
Tread & Tone
A low-impact cardio and resistance training class. Get your steps in while increasing strength, core stability, and balance! No mat required; wear supportive walking shoes. Beginner friendly.
This class targets the large muscle groups (calves, hamstrings and thighs) in your legs to shape up fast, whilst strengthening the abdominal muscles, necessary to maintain your upper body rhythm.
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!
